'FAT EAT FAT' a message from dowser'!

Every day I take my pendulum to the kitchen and ask 'what is the best thing I can eat/drink'right now?' and it points towards the tap - 'WATER'. I then get an array of teas from my cupboard (coffee seems a firm favourite in the afternoon, after lunch) and it selects the most appropriate tea. It varies each day but the general pattern seems to be Peppermint, then Ceylon, more water, coffee and Rooibos late afternoon. I'm encouraged to add green tea to my smoothies and it selects various ingredients, they are different most days but frozen peas or spinach get added along with either algae, aloe or chai seeds.
When I first started transforming my diet, it was a slow and kind process. But one of the main things that seemed necessary was to eat more fat. Being a lifelong yo-yo dieter and taught to avoid fat, this concerned me. When I asked if I should be eating this much fat it went to the words 'fat eats fat'. Luckily at the time, I had some Extra Virgin Olive Oil on display and it always pointed to that one. Since then I have been pointed to ground nut oils for cooking 'high cooking temperature' was pointed out, another good one for this olive oil.
Prior to transforming my diet I had a blood pressure reading of 148/96 and was obese. I had no energy and was severely depressed, often having to take naps in the day after sleeping in and going to bed early.
Dowser' has introduced me to a practically vegan diet and eating more. I used to avoid bread, now I have high quality, wholegrain (such as rye) most days and eat more vegetables then ever before, minimal fruit and loads of wholegrains such as rice, oats, millet as well as mung beans.
I used to be useless with herbs and spices but dowser' has pointed to combinations I would never have dreamed of and are delicious. I get so much variety in my diet now and feel satisfied and full and rarely snack.
My have lost 2 dress sizes in a few months and my blood pressure is now 127/86 in just 10 weeks. My allergies have reduced and I'm no longer overheating, inflammation in my body has definitely reduced and I'm so much more energized.
I'm not suggesting that what I eat will suit everyone, everyone has unique and individual needs. When reading for others, the suggestions have been very different. If I don't have the right nutrients available in my cupboard then dowser' will point out supplements to make up the short fall, I don't need them everyday.
Every day is difference and the quantum universal energies seem to pick up on the best choices available to me at that moment depending on my budget, stock and habits. If I have an off day, no problem, it gets re-corrected throughout the week.
Dowser' knew I loved a snack, especially a sweet one with my tea (causing me to need the loo all times of the night, this has now stopped). As a 'compromise' I can crisps 😂, but rarely do unless I'm caught short!!!!
Dowsing has allowed me to explore the relationship between healthy, high quality fat (unrefined oil and nut oils, in my case) and I came across an article that promotes this addition due to it turning 'white fat in to brown fat' which helps burn fat and ward off diseases such as obesity, diabetes and inflammations and re-correct metabolism. All the additions in this article are similar to those suggested by dowser', OR the Quantum Intelligence!!!
Moral of the story??? Get drizzling those lovely flavoursome oils, enjoy a concoction of lovely herbs and spices to enliven your vegetables and wholegrains and have a wonderful feast. Nourish your soul ❤️
