Radiation, medication, water, chemicals and other unavoidable poisoning and what you can do about it

You may or may not have read that various poisonings such as WiFi radiation from masts and devices, chemicals in our water, air and food supply cause slow deterioration of our health. We then seek medical intervention to combat these symptoms which come with their own poisons. Most of us don't have means to live by a clear spring, grow our own vegetables and become earth loving hippies (yet 😜) but we do have choices.


It's extremely difficult to 'go green' when our entire existence is based around convenience, as many of us are time and connection poor and want to squeeze in a little bit of pleasure where we can find it. This usually comes in the form of fake food, fake tech connections (no offense to anyone I gave gotten to know via tech, it has its benefits) and fake news. However, since slowly reducing these things in my life, I can honestly say that I feel better in myself and am in the process of healing on the inside. When I first started this process they told me 'belly bad' and it has always come down to gut health which causes inflammation, which causes disease. I have noticed that my allergies have massively reduced, especially my itchy skin which is autoimmune disease. I also have noticed a reduction in the amount I sneeze and feel less 'stuffy' in my nose. Actually, everything I excrete is just cleaner.


Everyone and their uncle seems to be a health or diet guru and it can be confusing as to what plan to follow and I guess I am no exception. But I'd like to share what my guides have shared with me on how one can help to cleanse the body of all these modern earthly and unavoidable toxins and that is literally to 'go green' with alot of rainbow 🌈. QI has the ability to be more specific about your individual needs but here's a few pointers that everyone can benefit from and the messages that have accompanied the guidance.


🌟 Cut out all processed sugar (OUCH)

(Diet was more of a killer than smoking 😳. No1 was drugs, No2 was alcohol, No3 was obesity, No4 was smoking and No5 was lack of movement)

🌟 Limit natural sugar

🌟 Fill up on wholegrains and beans (mung beans are massively nutritious)

🌟 Aim for 75% of your diet to be vegetables (40% greens, 20% rainbow, 15% root, squash or potato). Greens, especially chard is amazing but do what you can and more importantly, vary them.

🌟 Go organic where possible but don't get too hung up on it.

🌟 Chicken is a terrible culprit, especially the skin because it's 'Wab meat - interdigital skin, legions). Try Quorn

🌟 Reduce cow's milk 'cows hell'

🌟 Pork/pig is 'lazy, tyrannical energy'

🌟 Salmon - yep, I was surprised too until it was pointed out to me the pollution of heavy metals in the water where they are farmed

🌟 Use ground nut oil for cooking. Unrefined is best 'high temperature cooking'

🌟 Extra Virgin Olive oil is highly nourishing

🌟 Vary high quality, unrefined oils for drizzling

🌟 Limit tea and coffee, I usually have 1 per day.

🌟 Get in a smoothie 3 times a week, I use a banana, peas, spinach and berries with algae, seeds, Marshmallow Root

🌟 Rosemary is popular with spirit, use lots of herbs and spices to add flavour

🌟 Herbal teas are good

🌟 Avoid soya and GMO

🌟 Drink charcoal supplement to help cleanse your gut, only necessary when you can't do your best

🌟 Consider supplements when you have an off day


I know most of you may eat meat and spirit has said it's not necessarily bad, but the supply chain is. Just do the best you can with what you can afford and bless your food and water for this changes the neurochemicals in your brain and helps with having a grateful attitude towards your life force.
